Witaj! Hello!

My name is Monika Bialostocka-Kelemen

I was born in Wroclaw and grew up in the near by village of Pelcznica, house number 64, the last of them all, next to the woods, meadows and a river. As a child I had a change to visit and explore most of the Lower Silesia region and going on family trips in summer was my favorite pastime. During my high school years I obtained a licence of the “Junior Travel Guide” for the city of Wroclaw from PTTK (Polish Society of Tourism). In 1989 I emigrated to the United Stated. I got married in NYC and lived in New Jersey, where I worked as an activities director for one of the leading assisted living companies. I have twin daughters and since 2015 we reside in Santa Fe, New Mexico, my second favorite place in the world after Lower Silesia.

In addition to retreats and theme trips, I offer my expertise in organizing your private visit to Poland with custom itinerary and local English speaking interpreter if needed.

“Monika is that very person you need to connect you to the right people in a foreign country. Not only did she put together for me the entire itinerary, including lodging and places of interest, she also connected me to locals at every step of the trip, be it leisure or business. That is a decisive point in making a difference, when traveling on your own. It was my first time in Poland and I fell in love with the country, thanks to Monika’s organizational skills. Everything went smoothly, and I cannot imagine what it would be like without Monika’s guidance and my encounters with incredible local people. My trip would not even be close to the way it was, if I would have to plan it on my own. “
